Cohere Coworking (in Fort Collins)

Kevin Buecher mentioned coworking to me on12.16.09. I went home, researched it, found a wiki, a blog, a google group and a worldwide community of coworking spaces, owners, catalysts and coworkers.

I am starting a coworking space in Fort Collins, CO. Follow along.

Finding Resources…of all kinds
Yesterday was a mix of highs and lows. Will not be locating in the ArtLab after all. Wouldn’t be able to host coworkers 24/7 which is an important part of the overall mission of fccoworking.
- Got a lead on a few more open spaces in Old Town
- Checked out the 3rd floor of FCMOCA, way cool space at a screamin’ deal but has 0 windows and limited member access….a problem for sure.
- Interested in space next to ArtLab and in the old Pottery shop next to Curiosities.
- Emailed Josh at Brinkman for help, who continues to be my patient and reliable Realtor and knowledgeble guide in commercial real estate.
- Read a nice article on tips for small biz.
- Almost finished entering the GIS surveys for RMI2! Very relieved to be done with that project.
- Firmed up details for next meetup event!
- Set up a coffee date with someone interested in coworking.
