Celebrate Peggy Lyle!
I have never met Peggy but if Julie Sutter thinks she should be celebrated then she must be good people! Peggy is very involved in Old Town Fort Collins. Read more about her…
Who are you? I am a creative person who is lucky enough to have an awesome job that I love! I am the Programming/Marketing and Event Director for the Fort Collins Downtown Fort Collins Business Association. I am also a co-founder and dancer for the Rhythm Company.
What’s your passion? Entertaining in the most efficient and creative way, while engaging people passions. What is your “best day ever?” Friends, laughing, putting on a great show and dancing with my handsome husband until I collapse of exhaustion. Oh and to nod to my dear friend, ice cream- I go for cookie dough ice cream.
Favorite thing/place/person about Old Town? The diversity of people, food, events, culture and all in a historic setting are something I am so proud of in our community. Favorites are many but include, my co-worker Amanda Miller, artist Diane Findley, restaurateur Steve Taylor, creative genius Dawn Putney and local icon, Barney Apodaca - the Rio’s margs, outdoor entertainment/music and the Red Table Cafe’s salad!
Best way to find out more about you? Volunteer for a DBA event in Downtown! or learn how to juggle and I will hire you!
Who else should be celebrated today? Dani Grant, Chipper’s Lanes Fort Collins
